QUICK, HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEAS
Everyone knows how important breakfast is. No matter how busy you are, you must always have breakfast before dashing off to work. Breakfast helps to boost metabolism which helps burn calories. It also helps to improve concentration and makes you fuller so you don’t overeat throughout the day. Haven’t you noticed that whenever you leave for work without taking breakfast, you end up looking dull, tired, and inactive till lunch time? And when it’s time for lunch, you end up overeating? Well, I have and that is why I always have my breakfast before leaving house.
A simple breakfast can be:
i) A high fiber cereal with fresh fruit or low-fat milk.
ii) A low fat protein shake with fruits.
iii) A high fiber bagel and a teaspoon of peanut butter.
iv) A protein bar and yogurt or a glass of milk.
