NIGERIAN STUDENT INVENTS A SOLAR-POWERED KIOSK FOR SUYA AND INDOMIE SELLERS

Usman Dalhatu, an undergraduate and 200 level student at Ahmadu Bello University, (ABU) in Zaria, Kaduna has designed a solar-powered kiosk specifically made for food business owners like Mai Shayi, Suya and Indomie sellers.

The student who is a native of Gombe state showcased his invention via his Twitter handle, @usmandalhatu5.

The kiosk has a built-in, solar-powered stove and various compartments for food storage which allows the aforementioned business owners to conduct their businesses without the need for a generator.

It also features a TV compartment to entertain customers while they wait for their order.
