HOW TO GET THAT PERFECT NUDE LIPS

| October 7, 2020 | no comments

The nude lip trend has been around for a while and is not going away anytime soon. Nude lips is simple yet alluring. It comes handy on the days you want to look stunning but want to ditch the over-the-top bold red lips or deep burgundy shade.
Here are the tips that you need to achieve perfect nude lips.

• Exfoliate

The first thing you should do before applying anything on your lips is to exfoliate it. Your lip gloss is best applied to lips that are smooth and well moisturized. You can either use a mixture of brown sugar and coconut to exfoliate your lips or rub a toothbrush in a circular motion on your lips.

• Apply Lip Balm.

For a moisturizing effect, you need to apply a lip balm and give your lips a smooth base. Avoid oily or glossy lip balms, as it will be difficult to layer on it.

• Line Your Lips.

Use a lip liner that is one shade darker than your skin tone and apply it around the edges of your lips, to create a better surface area for the lip colour and make your lips fuller and beautiful.

• Apply Your Nude Lipstick.

Use the right shade of nude colour. The right nude lip colour is usually one or two shades above or below your natural skin tone. Avoid lip colour that exactly matches your skin tone. Apply the nude lipstick with at least two coats of it, to make it balanced, full with no color patches.

• Wrap It Up With A Lip gloss.

End your look with a top layer of lip gloss. A clear glass or one that has a slight nude or pink tint is okay. Do away with glosses that have lots of sparkles; A sparkle-nude lip is not a natural makeup look.
A final touch of gloss will give a full appearance and prevent the lipstick from drying out or seeping into cracks around the mouth.

When you want to look gorgeous in a subtle way, practise the tips above to achieve stunning, nude, made-up lips.
