Overly tight hairstyles, especially braids can make you lose your hair, especially at the edges. Ensure that your hair is not too tight when braided or packed.

Stress and Poor Nutrition

Stress and poor nutrition can affect hair growth. Learn to rest and eat a balanced diet to enhance your hair growth.
